Sympathetically renovated to ensure a comfortable stay, Clematis Cottage can accommodate up to four people with the addition of a cot when requested. Located on the ground floor is an open plan living room and kitchen with an adjacent bijous conservatory. Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and modern bathroom.

Open plan living/dining room with comfortable sofa and armchair, colour TV, DVD and radio/CD player with ipod docking station. There is a wood burning stove in the living area and a night storage heater.
The cottage has a washer/drying machine, a fridge with built in freezer, ironing facilities and free wifi access.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a small conservatory with French double doors opening onto an enclosed garden with stunning views from the patio.
Upstairs, large comfortable room with Victorian style brass double bed, small built in wardrobe and separate dressing table. Hairdryer supplied.
Second bedroom features twin beds (2.6ft x 6ft). The room includes built in hanging and drawer space.
A small but modern bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Please note the bath is not of full size as it features an integral seat.
Charming, private, west facing garden with lawn and patio area. Garden furniture on the terrace looks across lower Eype and up to Thorncombe Beacon. There is a parasol for use on sunny days.
